They have *** poor customer service.15 day return policy starts when you order the item and when it gets here after those 15 days are up and it's damaged, they won't take it back stating that is their return policy.
It takes hours on hold to talk to anyone. Once you do get someone, they are rude and unhelpful. The shippers they use are unreliable. They delivered a box to us that was supposed to go to a local Wendy's fast food restaurant.
