Rv Parts Country - Horrendously poor company

I ordered an awning replacement. The wrong length and color was shipped. I contacted RV Parts Country via (the ONLY way to contact this company) email to facilitate an exchange. After 30 emails back and forth they are esentially telling me Im stuck with it. They refuse to provide me with the return shipping protocol. NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You will regret it.

Rv Parts Country - Good luck getting your issue resolved

After receiving the wrong parts, i tried 6 times to resolve using email.this is the only way they will comunicate With you.each time i was given a new case # and the person acted as if they had prior knowledge of my issue. Finally had to go to pay pal to get a refund. In short, i will NEVER buy from them again

Why is customer service only by email ? Personally I like talking to a person not emailing. I know in today times emailing Seems to be easier Be I just like talking to a person that way I can get my point across.

Rv Parts Country - Poor customer service

They have good price and products but the only way to comunicate is email so a short call on the phone takes days to take place on emails. I ordered an air conditioner and parts for my motorhome and still trying to get right parts. They refuse any direct conversation on phone. Place is poorly managed. Dont bother going thru rv Parts Country
