Poor/Unresponsive Customer Service

After being notified of a back order, I asked if there was a projected date for shipment. Richard said he would contact the warehouse. After two weeks of no update, I asked what the warehouse response was. He responded with the same canned back order response. I reminded him of his previous warehouse contact response, but he again gave the same canned response. I cancelled my order.

Dialed tje phone # listed sent me to recording say I've won money

The number listed said the number I dialed may have changed but that I had won $100 just for calling or there were other offers I could choose from. I need a phone # I can reach you to order parts, not some phony #

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

I received an RV air condition that was damaged, the box was covered in oil upon receiving. The only way to communicate with this company is via email. I immediately emailed them and told them.they said they would send shipping label to have item shipped back. That was on Wednesday May 5 th. Finally after several emails I got the shipping label on Friday May 7 th. The unit was picked by fedex on Saturday May 8. The unit arrived to RV parts county on Tuesday May 11,2021 at 929 am. Signed for by J.HACKER. I have an email stating that when the damaged unit was received that RV Parts County would ship a new unit out that same day. Now they say it will be 4 to 5 weeks before they will send a replacement. I have ask for a refund.

They advertised an R V roof ladder on their web site. Also on their web site they suggested calling for measurements to insure fit on my motor home. I called and three different people told me that I could not order without a part number. Problem.....there was no part number indicated on their website. So after three emails and two calls there was no resolution. At the end of the last email I was told to "Have a nice day" Went to the manufacturer. Within minutes I was directed to another retailer, Summit Racing and the roof ladder was ordered.

Broken Toilet and non responsive customer service dept.

I received a Dometic Porcelain toilet that was cracked and broken in several places. I contacted customer service per the RECORDED message and with great difficulty as they would not look my order up by name or phone number, they insisted on an order number. I found that info on the shipping label. It has now been 6 days with only the same cut and paste email from customer service, that they will get back to me with instructions when they hear from the warehouse.

I am reporting to the BBB that you are selling parts that are damaged and then wont answer phone calls or emails when customers try to contact you about the products. So unless you want me to contact them I would suggest you contact me back.

We got charged $36.95 for a wood door panel and we didn't receive it . We want to be refunded the amount.

I placed an order for a HWH and door. I have requested an update numerous time and have not heard back. They shipped part of my order. The problem is, what they shipped is useless without the installation brackets and door.

It seems impossible to speak to a human. I ordered and paid for an inner dome for my skylight. UPS says the tracking number is invalid. And it seems impossible to speak to a human. All the emails from RV partscountry.com say do not reply that it's an automated response.
