ZERO Star Rating! What a nightmare dealing with this company's Email Customer Service Department.

My background, I am a veteran and my family and I (wife & 2 kids) had to clear out of the house we were staying in and we were going to stay in a travel trailer for 6 months or so. Anyway, the AC unit broke and we needed a replacement unit in a hurry. I had ordered an AC unit (B59516) and had purchased the extra shipping insurance. And guess what?

The AC unit arrived damaged. The cardboard box was beat all up. The FEDEX guy opened the top of the box, but only look at the top of the unit and left. There was no damage on the top side of the cover to the unit.

Only after on top of the travel trailer, when the box was cut off, the damage was discovered. The bottom metal base plate had been smashed up, the back side of the metal plate was mashed in two places into the condenser coil. The blower fan and fan blade both rub the fan housing because the bottom plate is bent and the unit does not sit flush causing the both fans to bind up and not turn freely. I requested a full refund or a replacement unit be sent.

The first response from RV Parts Country was: "A damage claim has been submitted to the manufacturer in regards to your recent order. With this type of damage we can offer an incentive refund of $50.00 to compensate for minor damage. If you choose not to accept the incentive refund a call tag will be initiated for the damaged product. From there FedEx will retrieve the product within 3-5 business days.

Once arrived back to the distribution warehouse, a representative will check in the item and notify our order fulfillment center to initiate a reorder. Overall, this process takes approximately 7-14 business days. " They only offered me $50.00 dollars for a damaged AC unit the does not work. So very pathetic and a 7-14 business day return give me a break.

What about the hole that it will leave in the roof? In the meantime, we rigged a house window AC unit in a window of the travel trailer to help yes survive the heat. I told them this was unacceptable and said a few other things. They respond with: "I will schedule a pick up for the order and upon receiving the items in the order our credits department will issue a refund on your order." Really?

Is this company serious? I have a string of back and forth emails with their Email Customer Service Department. So, I paid for the AC unit, the shipping & handling, and I paid for the extra shipping insurance. I also incurred cost with the two people that I hired to remove the old AC unit and have them carry this beast of an AC unit on to the roof of the travel trailer and install it.

I asked them to ship a replacement unit out first, so I can pay the same two people to remove the damaged unit from the roof and install the new unit. And guess what...."That is not how our process works sir, the damage unit must be retrieved before a replacement unit is shipped. If you would like to purchase a new unit and I can refund you for the damaged unit when it arrives back here that is fine too, some of our customer are in a hurry for their units and I understand. So if you need to do it that way please let me know." Now keep in mind I had previously informed them of my current situation.

I had even told them before I ordered the unit when I was asking about the shipping on it. They just keep on going and going: "As stated previously, that option is only if you need the unit in a hurry, opposed to our standard process. If you would like to go that route I cannot offer any discount of any kind, that would be up to you if you want to do that. There have been plenty of customers that are okay with that, purchase the unit, and they get the refund for their damaged when it arrives back.

Like I said, our standard process is retrieving the damaged unit and once it arrives back the reshipment will take place." What? "If I need it in a hurry", seriously? Their customer service is killing me slowly. The back and forth emails are still on going...

*Buyer beware: Read their pathetic return policy. And the Email Customer Service will blame everything on the shipping company and you.

If you post feedback on their website, you will get a response from "Response from the owner" and he/she will belittle and blame you and post your full name and address. They do not care about you and will take your money and run.

Took my money, never shipped my order

I ordered an RV mattress from them and received an email stating I will get my tracking number in 48 hours. It's been a week and no tracking number. They don't answer the phone, you get a message to use their "Live Customer Service" chat button but it doesn't work. I entered my question regarding my order and requesting shipping information and get no response. When I send an email requesting a tracking number I get a canned email stating I will get my tracking number 48 hours after I place my order.... its been a week! They already charged my credit card the day I placed the order. I will now be contacting my credit card company and filing fraud charges against them. STAY AWAY FROM RV PARTS COUNTRY

Researched the issue w/Norcold RV refrigerator. Needed a power control board, these guys hsd the best price. Icing on the cake was that it shipped ground and I got it 2 days later.

Skylight ordered

Ordered a skylight on 3/20 for my class c rv and received it on 3/23 packaged well along with adhesive to install it. Was very happy with the service and fast shipping. I did receive a tracking number within 24 hours. I will order again when i need other products. Sorry others have had problems but all went well for me.

Ordered a 3K refrigerator from this business, was shipped the next day, only bad thing, needed to ask questions, only by email and they never answered my question. Cannot talk to a human at this business and thank that is hurting there future clients that used this for parts.

I get everyone has a bad experience at some point with a company somewhere along the way. I don't see how you could with RVPC! I had no clue what kind of awning to buy for my rig and they hooked me up! They walked me through it and made me feel at ease spending that kind of money. It took 4 days to get here! 4 days people! Great customer service and fast shipping are two key points! Their website is easy to navigate and great for information. Honestly, I feel like some of these reviews are the customer's fault. Why blame the company though? Thanks RVPC!

Horrible! Customer service sucks!

I ordered the Buena Vista Room on 9/20/17. Paid $614. I got a stain room. Wrong size and missing parts. They don’t have a live person to speak to. So I guess I’m screwed! Rather than me paying the shipping charge for this 53lb item I emailed them to work with me and send what I need to work this thing. I got the last email from them asking for pictures of the incorrect item on October 3rd. I sent back pictures and have not heard back from them since. Are they going to order the parts for me? Do I get an apology? First time I ever ordered from this place. What a mistake!

Rv Parts Country - Never responded!!
I ordered 2 Mach 15 ac units. They came on time and I was very pleased. It was the first time I ever ordered from them. I then ordered an awning. While waiting for the awning, I opened the ac units to install in the trailer I was building and the interior panels are different. I contacted them and they even asked for a picture. I sent it and have never heard a word from them. The awning has since been delivered with no problems. What can I say, they will not let you talk to them on the phone. It's a simple solution, just find out which one I want and sends me another!!

Ordered a portable waste tank and it is over due. No tracking number has been sent. Unable to get response back from email to customer service which is the only way to contact them. They charged my credit card when order was made. At this point I am not happy that I can not contact RV Parts Country and talk to some one on the phone. I am at the point of cancelling the order and requesting full refund so I can order else where. If you can help I would appreciate it. I am sorry I did not read reviews before dealing with this company. I only ordered because I saw ad for them in a respected web site.

Did you ever get it resolved? I also ordered a portable waste tank.

I never received a tracking number. So I emailed today(no phone customer service) and they emailed back and said it was lost going to the manufacture? Which makes no sense at all! Then asked if I wanted them to ship it out to me.

Well, of coarse!

Or I would not have ordered it. We will see what happens next.....

Wonderful experience

Working with NICK from internet support was great. He helped me out of a difficult situation with another hurricane headed our way. I purchased 2-2000i generators and received them 2 days later. The service was incredible. My son is thrilled in Jacksonville and my husband and I are happy to have ours in Winter Haven. Thank you!

We ordered one item almost a year ago, received it, all ok. Suddenly, almost a year later, we get an invoice from them saying we paid over $600 via paypal. It being the end of the month and not having enough money in the bank to deal with such an issue, we freaked. Imaging all the debits that will suddenly bounce and all the havoc it will cause we are in frantic action contacting our financial institutions since the phone number on the invoice just gives you a recording directing you to their website -- we feel sure we are in the middle of some fraud. Spouse just had major surgery and i have a severe medical problem -- we are both advised to avoid highly stressful situations. Husband starts having a major problem due to the alarm, stress and anger of what is happening. We are currently in the midst of a loan approval and bounced items would kill the loan process. I finally got someone in the company "nick" that said they were updating their system and there were glitches. His big apology was that it wasn't as if they charged us again or something. We can't be the only family that was panicked this way. Knowing these bogus emails were sent out, a good company would have followed it by an explanation email, and be available by phone to people frantically calling. I'm tempted to send them the medical bill we have generated today.
