I ordered an awning that should have been delivered within a week. After 10 days I call to get an estimate on the delivery and was told it was special order could take weeks!?

This was this not stated previously? I ask for a manager and am put on hold then told there is none there. She refused to let me talk to anyone else, I was directed to the email customer service. I emailed for a delivery date and after 48hrs someone responded at 1am?

They said they would look into it, no response after that. All I could do was wait. It did finally arrive 6 weeks later.

I will not order there again and do not recommend them to anyone. The company seems questionable and the lack of professionalism leaves me nervous giving them my personal info.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

You got caught in the 2016 Dometic shipping nightmare.

I work for an RV Dealer far far away from the one you are complaining about.

Special orders were shipping in three days in 2009 through 2015.

Now they are ten days with a warning shipping may be delayed 3 too 9 days more. WTF!!

So my point is this dealer didn't deal with you well but the dealer is not at fault for the delay.

This is what happens when one company gets a virtual Monopoly like Dometic does. Good Luck
