“Purchased CDF-11 from RV Parts Country. Received item. Read manual carefully, plugged unit in, did not work. Re-read manual and it indicates that I've received a defective unit. I ordered an awning that should have been delivered within a week. After 10 days I call to get an estimate on the delivery and was told it was special order could take weeks!? This was this not stated previously? I ask for a manager and am put on hold then told there is none there. She refused to let me talk to anyone else, I was directed to the email customer service. They have *** poor customer service. 15 day return policy starts when you order the item and when it gets here after those 15 days are up and it's damaged, they won't take it back stating that is their return policy. It takes hours on hold to talk to anyone. Once you do get someone, they are rude and unhelpful. The shippers they use are unreliable. They delivered a box to us that was supposed to go to a local Wendy's fast food restaurant. We... Read more

I ordered a Dometic Awning motor. Rv Parts Country held my payment for 22 days, and delivered squat! We receieved (1) email, thanking us for our order. No email for shipping was ever sent. When I called (three times) I was told each time... to be patient! ORDERED A DOMETIC REFRIGERATOR ON JUNE 10, 2016. COMPANY WEBSITE STATES "SHIPPING WITHIN 24-48 HOURS". WHAT A CROCK! IT WAS NOT UNTIL I CALLED THEM ON JUNE 27 TO FIND THEY HAVE NOT YET SHIPPED, BUT WAS TOLD IT WOULD SHIP THAT DAY AND I WOULD RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER VIA E-MAIL. Not impressed (at least not positively)! First, I can’t locate the items I want, so try Online Chat (June 20ish). When I state I can’t find the items online, but want to know price and availability, the agent tells me “all our prices are listed online”. After getting nowhere with the online chat, I disconnect and eventually order two air conditioners and a conversion kit (that I’m not sure I need). Website states all items are in stock. ... Do NOT order from this company. I ordered string lights for my 5th wheel on June 13th, i promptly received my shippment of the wrong lights, well i sent them back and when I didnt hear from them I started calling but no one could answer my questions they said i had to email the returns department, i finally get someone to help me and they shipped out my replacement order which ended up being to same wrong lights I had already returned. I ordered the Brisk Air II and replacement awning material for a small camping trailer I just acquired. Already have a 32 foot Montana but wanted something to use for 1 or 2 day trips. Placed the order and the items came in pretty quick. Made arrangements to have a mobile RV Service come out and put the items on the trailer. Trip charge $75.00 to start not a problem. I wished I had read reviews of rvpartscountry before making a purchase, however I was enticed by the prices. I ordered a barker waste tote for a upcoming trip that did not have sewer hookups, being there 4 weeks, I knew I would have to dump my tanks at least once. I ordered a part 2 weeks ago and was led to believe a tracking # would be issued 24-48 from the order. No shipping, no tracking, and no notification of a potential backorder.
